Privacy policy

The short version

Public calculators can be used without creating an account. Calculator-only saves may remain in your browser. If you create an account or use a connected project workflow, the data needed for that workspace is stored securely in our backend so it can persist across sessions and devices. We do not sell personal data, and monetization does not alter benchmark values, calculation logic or quote findings.

Account and authentication data

If you create an account, we process your email address, authentication identifiers, session information and account preferences. Authentication is provided through Supabase and may include email/password and Google sign-in. Passwords are handled by the authentication provider and are not stored by PriceInsight360 in application tables.

Project and quote workspace data

Signed-in workflows may store project definitions, quote evidence, comparison records, reports, plan entitlements and related decision-workspace data in Supabase. Private project and document data is protected by authorization controls and is not intended to be publicly accessible.

Local calculator data

Public calculator inputs and local “My estimates” saves can stay in your browser unless you explicitly move into a connected account or project workflow. Clearing browser storage may remove those local-only records.

Contact, email and service data

• Contact information. If you contact us, we may retain your name, email address and message for as long as reasonably needed to respond and maintain a support record.
• Transactional email. We may use Resend for service emails such as contact notifications and account-related communications configured by the product.
• Hosting and security logs. Hostinger and other infrastructure providers may process standard request, device, IP and security-log information needed to operate and protect the service.

Advertising and analytics

Free or anonymous surfaces may display advertising, including Google advertising. Advertising providers may use cookies or similar technologies according to their own policies and applicable consent requirements. Paid plans are designed to remove PriceInsight360 ad placements. We may also collect product analytics needed to measure calculator completion, account conversion, feature usage, reliability and commercial performance while avoiding unnecessary sensitive quote content in analytics events.

Payments

When paid subscriptions are enabled, payment and billing information is processed by Paddle. PriceInsight360 stores the subscription and entitlement references needed to provide plan access; we do not need to store full payment-card details.

Data sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to operate the product, meet legal obligations, protect the service or complete a transaction you request. Supplier, affiliate or advertising relationships must not influence benchmark calculations or quote findings.

Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, export or deletion of personal data associated with your account. You can also sign out and clear local browser-only records from the device. Requests can be sent through the contact page.

Changes

Material changes to this policy will be published on this page with an updated date.
