Privacy policy

The short version

Calculator estimates are processed in your browser and are stored locally on your device unless you choose to submit information through another feature. Information submitted through the contact form may be retained so we can respond to your enquiry. We do not require an account, and we do not sell data.

What we collect

• Anonymous product analytics. Which calculators are opened, which steps are completed, and which currency is selected. These events carry no personal identifiers and no free-text input.
• Information you send us. If you contact us, we keep your name, email and message for as long as needed to respond.
• Standard server logs. Requests are logged by our hosting provider for security and reliability.

What we do not collect

• Your calculator answers, budgets or project descriptions.
• Advertising or cross-site tracking identifiers.
• Any special category personal data.

Saved estimates

Estimates you save under “My estimates” are written to this browser's local storage on your own device. They are never uploaded to us, and clearing your browser storage deletes them permanently.

Commercial links

PriceInsight360 currently has no affiliate or sponsorship relationship with any provider we list; provider links point to the provider's own public website. If that changes, the relationship will be disclosed on the relevant page, and it will never influence a benchmark calculation or classification.

Cookies

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Any storage used is strictly functional — for example, remembering your interface preferences on this device.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data you have sent us, and you may object to our processing of it. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable period.

Material changes to this policy will be published on this page with an updated date.
