Every figure on this site is an indicative estimate produced from a model. It is not a quotation, an offer, a valuation, or a prediction of what any specific supplier will charge you. Actual prices depend on scope, complexity, geography, technology, timing, supplier and commercial terms.
Benchmark data status
PriceInsight360 currently uses a structured, indicative benchmark dataset to power and test the pricing engine. These figures are indicative and are not presented as a survey of actual supplier quotes; they must not be used as evidence of market rates. Verified market records can be added and dated as the dataset grows, and every result that uses indicative data says so on screen.
No guarantees
- We do not claim any level of accuracy and we make no guarantee of price.
- We do not warrant that estimates are suitable for budgeting, tendering or contracts.
- Ranges may not cover unusual, regulated or heavily constrained projects.
Independence
No vendor, advertiser or affiliate influences benchmark values, adjustment factors or calculation logic. Should monetisation be introduced, it will be disclosed and it will remain structurally separated from the pricing engine.
Use professional judgement
Use these estimates to frame conversations, sanity-check quotes and understand cost structures. Do not use them as a substitute for a scoped proposal from a qualified supplier.
